Who We Are
IC @ Clearwater is hosted by Clearwater First Church of the Nazarene, and the site is an expression of the church’s core mission to Embrace Hope, Strengthen Hope, and Share Hope.
Our Vision
By providing low-cost immigration legal services to immigrants, our hope is that they will experience greater access to employment, education, housing, and health services. Our entire community and economy will benefit when individuals experience stability and opportunities.
Immigration Legal Services We Provide
If you need advice or assistance with any of these services, or simply need help understanding what options you may have under the law, you can schedule an initial consultation with one of our Legal Representatives. During the consultation, we will carefully review your case and make sure you understand the benefits and risks associated with your situation, then offer you advice on how to proceed.
A $40 office fee is due at your initial consultation and must be paid prior to speaking with our Legal Representatives in addition to any office or federal filing fees that will be required for your case.
If you are not fluent in English, you must bring an interpreter with you who is able to translate a conversation on immigration.
